Due to the inclement weather expected in the Washington, D.C. region, the Intake Counter for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit will be closing at 1:00 p.m. The Court’s 24-hour filing depository located at the Third Street entrance to the Courthouse will remain available for receipt of any non-emergency paper filings.
