Information Regarding Live Audio Streaming of Oral Arguments
(Effective September 5, 2018)

The Court will live stream audio of all oral arguments, except when classified or sealed matters must be discussed. A link is provided on the court internet site.

The live audio stream runs continuously from the published start time of the sitting until oral arguments for all cases conclude. Except for the start time of the first case, neither start nor stop time of a case is known. The order of the cases could change without notice.

Problems connecting to the live audio stream may be reported by phone at (202) 216-7440, or by email to liveaudiorequest@cadc.uscourts.gov.  To help the court troubleshoot, please include a brief description of the problem.

Recordings of oral arguments for individual cases will be posted on the Court’s website by 2:00 p.m. on the day of the oral argument. An archive of audio recordings going back to the 2007-2008 term is available.
