Notice - Update to Pro Se Filing Requirements in Light of the COVID-19 Pandemic

Update: As of May 9, 2022, filings from unrepresented litigants will no longer be accepted by email. All submissions from pro se parties must be sent via postal mail or commercial carrier as indicated in Federal Rule of Appellate Procedure 25, or may be submitted in person at the Courthouse.

Update to Court Operations in Light of the COVID-19 Pandemic

Until further notice, litigants who are not represented by counsel may email filings to ProSeFilings@cadc.uscourts.gov as PDF files. Duplicate paper copies should not be sent to the Court. Paper copies will be requested if needed.

The Court continues to accept paper filings sent via U.S. Mail or commercial delivery service. Paper filings may also be delivered to the 24-Hour Filing Depository at the entrance to the Bryant Annex on Third Street.
