Frequently Asked Questions
Are All Appellate Cases Eligible for Referral to Mediation?
No. The Court does not refer criminal appeals to mediation. In addition, pro se appeals, while not categorically excluded, are rarely referred.
All other appeals, civil and petitions, including government cases, are eligible for referral.
