Notice of Court Closure on November 23 & 24, 2023
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit will be closed on November 23 & 24, 2023. CM/ECF will remain available to accept new electronic filings over the holiday. In accordance with D.C. Cir. Rule 45(b), filings due on November 23 or 24 will be deemed timely filed on the next day the court is open for business.
The Court's 24-hour filing depository located at the Third Street entrance to the Courthouse will be available for receipt of non-emergency paper filings.
