If you have questions or problems concerning electronic filing, you may contact the ECF Help Desk by calling 1-202-216-7259. The ECF Help Desk is available Monday through Friday (except federal holidays), between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. ET.
Assistance may also be obtained by email addressed to ECFHelp@cadc.uscourts.gov. When submitting your inquiry by email, please include any relevant information such as case numbers, filer's name, error message text, or any other information that may assist us with answering your question. You can expect a reply within 2 business days.
If you unable to complete your electronic filing due to a technical error, please do not email your documents to the ECF Help Desk. Submitting your documents by email will not satisfy any timeliness requirements for filing pursuant to D.C. Cir. R. 26.
