Dina Gold was appointed Circuit Mediator for the federal courts of the D.C. Circuit in May 2019. She has mediated hundreds of cases in the District Court and Court of Appeals involving many areas of the law, including employment, civil rights, regulatory, commercial, and international disputes. Prior to her appointment, Ms. Gold had a private mediation practice focusing on employment matters. She served as Secretary of the Maryland Council for Dispute Resolution and as a volunteer mediator for the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. From 1993-2017, Ms. Gold practiced law in Washington, D.C. representing employers, executives, and Employment Practices Liability insurers.
Ms. Gold received her J.D. with honors from the George Washington University Law School and her B.S. from Cornell University, School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
