Patricia Michalowskij was appointed to the position of Circuit Librarian for the D.C. Circuit in November of 2008. She served as the Legal Information Manager for the Office of Chief Counsel of the Food and Drug Administration. She had been with the FDA since 1997. From 1993 to 1997, Pat was the Head Law Librarian at Lawrence Law Library of the Trial Court Law Libraries in Massachusetts. She served as the Head of Reference Services and the Head Librarian at Hale and Dorr in Boston from 1982 to 1993. Pat earned her J.D. from Suffolk University, her M.A. in Library Science from the University of Chicago, and her B.A. from the University of Massachusetts.
