Statement by the Clerk of Court Regarding Posting of Orders of Public Interest:
Beginning today, the Court will provide free access to orders disposing of motions, petitions, or appeals in cases of exceptional public interest by posting them on our website.
The new Orders of Public Interest link can be found under the Online Services banner in the lower right corner of our home page, directly below the existing Judgment Locator. Although all orders will continue to be available through PACER, users will not need a PACER account to access orders made available through the Orders of Public Interest page. Interested persons who have previously subscribed to the Court's email notification service for opinions have automatically been subscribed to this new service. Future subscribers to the Opinions Locator, Judgment Locator, or Orders of Public Interest will need to sign-up for each list separately.
