Notice of Court Closure – June 18, 2021
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit will be closed on Friday, June 18, 2021, in observance of the Juneteenth National Independence Day federal holiday. CM/ECF will remain available to accept new electronic filings. In accordance with D.C. Cir. Rule 45(b), filings due on June 18 will be deemed timely filed on the next day the court is open for business. The Court, however, will issue regularly scheduled opinions and judgments.
The Court's 24-hour filing depository located at the Third Street entrance to the Courthouse will be available for receipt of non-emergency paper filings.
