Notice of Court Closure - January 20, 2021
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit will be closed on January 20, 2021. CM/ECF will remain available to accept new electronic filings. In accordance with D.C. Cir. Rule 45(b), filings due on January 20 will be deemed timely filed on the next day the court is open for business.
The Court's 24-hour filing depository located at the Third Street entrance to the Courthouse will be available for receipt of non-emergency paper filings.
