Stephanie A. Noble is the Associate Circuit Librarian. She brings over 25 years of Judiciary experience to the D.C. Circuit Library. This includes a Temporary Duty Assignment in the Court Services Office at the Administrative Office and ten years as the Emerging Technologies Librarian for the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Stephanie earned her M.S. in Information and Library Science from the University of Washington and her B.A. in History from Brigham Young University.
