James Kaiser became a Deputy Director of the Legal Division in August 2020. He joined the Legal Division as a Staff Attorney in 2018. Before coming to the court, he was employed as an associate with Arnold & Porter. After graduating from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2012, he served as a law clerk for the Honorable Norman K. Moon at the U.S. District Court in Lynchburg, VA.
