Scott Atchue joined the Clerk's Office of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit as a Case Administrator in November 1997. From 2004 through 2016, Mr. Atchue served as the court's CM/ECF Coordinator and was a key member of the team that facilitated the court's transition to CM/ECF. He became Operations Manager in April 2017. Mr. Atchue received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Anna Maria College in 1993 and his Masters of Science in Justice, Law and Society from the American University in 1996.
