Notice of Court Closure - Wednesday, December 5, 2018
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit will be closed on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 in observance of the National Day of Mourning to mark the passing of former President George H.W. Bush. In accordance with D.C. Cir. Rule 45(b), filings due on December 5 will be deemed timely filed on the next day the court is open for business.
The Court's 24-hour filing depository located at the Third Street entrance to the Courthouse will be open for receipt of non-emergency paper filings.
