Notice of Court Closure - Friday, November 23, 2018
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit will be closed on Friday, November 23, 2018. In accordance with D.C. Cir. Rule 45(b), filings due on November 23 will be deemed timely filed on the next day the court is open for business.
The Court's 24-hour filing depository located at the Third Street entrance to the Courthouse will be open for receipt of non-emergency paper filings.
