Important Announcement
Due to the National Special Security Event surrounding the 59th Presidential Inauguration, the E. Barrett Prettyman U.S. Courthouse and William B. Bryant Annex will be closed to the public and court staff from Wednesday, January 13, 2021, through Thursday, January 21, 2021.
Remote oral arguments scheduled for Thursday, January 14, 2021, and Friday, January 15, 2021, will be heard at the scheduled time.
CM/ECF will continue to be available to accept new electronic filings. However, the Court's 24-hour filing depository located at the Third Street Entrance may be inaccessible during this time. Paper filings may be filed by mail in accordance with Fed. R. App. P. 25.
Entry Requirements: Temperature Check and Face Mask
Effective August 10, 2020, all persons visiting the courthouse and annex are required to check their temperature using a contactless kiosk. For details, click here.
