As the Assistant Circuit Executive for Automation since 1997, Steve Kaplan serves as the director of automation and technology for the Court. Prior to this, Steve was the Deputy Assistant Circuit Executive for Automation and System Manager for the Court and Systems Administrator for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Maryland. Steve is a 1985 graduate of the University of Michigan.
