Nancy Dunn joined the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit in October 1996, as a staff attorney in the Legal Division. She became Deputy Special Counsel to the Clerk in July 2001. Ms. Dunn graduated from the University of Wisconsin with honors in 1976 and received her law degree from the Catholic University of America in 1983. Prior to working in the federal court system, Ms. Dunn was a staff attorney at the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
