Notice of Court Closures - November 28, 2014 and December 26, 2014
The U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit will be closed on Friday, November 28, and Friday, December 26, 2014. In accordance with D.C. Cir. Rule 45(b), filings due on November 28 and December 26 will be deemed timely filed on the next day the court is open for business.
The Court's 24-hour filing depository located at the Third Street entrance to the Courthouse will be open for receipt of non-emergency paper filings.
